Raising Finance

For whatever reason you may need to raise capital, (i.e. business expansion or starting a new one) careful planning and good professional advice is vital.

There are many types of finance available as well as many lenders.  It is usually more prudent to spread your commitment over a number of sources, which gives the business greater flexibility.
When providing finance most lenders will require some form of security and great care and consideration must be taken when signing up to any commitment.

The providers will almost certainly request a comprehensive business plan, confirming that you are a viable business and are able to service the loan.

At McDade Roberts we have the expertise, experience and contacts to consider all options, including any tax implications before recommending a course of action.

With our experience, in-house expertise and extensive network of contacts, why not arrange a meeting with us to take advantage of our professional advice?

Share Valuations

Company shares need to be valued for any number of reasons. These reasons include sale, purchase, inheritance, gift and divorce.

Share valuation is an art not a science.  McDade Roberts have many years experience in valuing shares. We find that several team members are often involved as this allows all viewpoints to be considered.

Usually shares in private companies are not transferred very often and therefore their valuation is a serious business which you cannot afford to get wrong.
