2021 Client Satisfaction Survey Results

At McDade Roberts accountants in Preston, Longridge and Bamber Bridge, we take client satisfaction very seriously. We have hundreds of clients in a broad range of sectors so we pride ourselves on listening to what they want from us and continually improving the service we give.

In December 2021 we did a client satisfaction survey and we are delighted with the results. 98% of respondents rated our helpfulness, friendliness, level of trust they placed in us and how we care for clients as good or excellent.
