Brews & Biscuits. The Route to Business Success?

At McDade Roberts Chartered Accountants in Preston, Longridge and Bamber Bridge we are very proud that the friendliness and approachability of our staff score as excellent on every client satisfaction survey that we do.

We are careful to recruit staff who put our clients first and approach work in a friendly way. One way to keep our team friendly and happy has proven to be perfectly simple. We have always got together with a brew and a biscuit and had a good old fashioned chat.

The pandemic has made this more difficult over the last couple of years so we thought it was time to encourage a bit of down time by inviting the team to our very first official “Brew and a Biscuit” event.

On the 10^th of March 2022, 20 staff from 3 offices all got together in the Fulwood boardroom and the kettle was put on and biscuits were served. Several new employees hadn't met staff from other offices before and others hadn't seen each other for 2 years so a good time was had by all.
