We will acknowledge your complaint, investigate the matter and respond in writing.
If you remain dissatisfied, you may refer the matter to the Legal Ombudsman (www.legalombudsman.org.uk, telephone 0300 555 0333) within six months of our final response and within one year of the act or omission complained of.
Complaints relating to regulatory matters may be made to ICAEW (www.icaew.com).
Regulatory Information
McDade Roberts is authorised and regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) for probate services.
Clients may be eligible to apply for compensation from the ICAEW Compensation Fund in the event of financial loss arising from dishonesty or failure to account for client money.
We maintain professional indemnity insurance in accordance with ICAEW regulations.
