McDade Roberts Probate Ltd is a 2 partner and 1 manager company and all have completed the Probate diversity questionnaire provided by ICAEW.

Both partners are male Chartered Accountants with appropriate professional qualifications, 1 in the age band 35-44 and the other in the 55-64 age band. The manager is a female Chartered Accountant with appropriate professional qualifications in the 45-54 age band.

The partners are White British and the manager is White Irish, none have a disability, all are of Christian faith and heterosexual orientation.

If the company needs to recruit in future, it is intended to have a diverse workforce based on skills of the candidates applying.
