Diversity Statement 2025

Probate services until 5 May 2026 were provided by McDade Roberts Probate Ltd, which was a 2 partner and 1 manager company and all associated staff at that time had completed the Probate diversity questionnaire provided by ICAEW.

At the time of the questionnaire both partners were male Chartered Accountants with appropriate professional qualifications, 1 in the age band 35-44 and the other in the 55-64 age band. The manager was a female Chartered Accountant with appropriate professional qualifications in the 45-54 age band.

The partners are White British and the manager is White Irish, none have a disability, all are of Christian faith and heterosexual orientation.

If the company needs to recruit in future, it is intended to have a diverse workforce based on skills of the candidates applying.

The survey results have been shared with ICAEW and full results can be made available on request.

Subsequent to this the activities have been transferred into McDade Roberts Accountants Ltd and the next Probate diversity questionnaire will be reflective of the full practice.
