Probate Services – Fees and Information

Our Fees

  6. Preparing estate accounts
  7. Distributing the estate

Obtaining the Grant usually takes 8–16 weeks from submission (subject to Probate Registry timescales). A straightforward estate administration typically takes 6–12 months. More complex estates may take longer.
